Phoebe Knapp composed the classic hymn Blessed Assurance in 1873. Joseph Ittoop has arranged the hymn for a Trumpet Sextet, consisting of five B-Flat trumpets and one Bass trumpet. This arrangement was featured in the 2022 Call for Scores recordings, which were hosted by the Trumpeter's Multi-Track Competition. Ittoop's interpretation is a beautiful and unique take on the beloved hymn.
