Complete Horn Parts, Volume I: Oratorios (HWV 46-71)

For this project, I wanted to create an accessible and easy-to-use collection of every piece that Handel wrote that includes horn. I was inspired by the Complete Horn Repertoire of Bach by Alfons Vernooy. I have used the Bach collection while preparing for a performance as well as to further familiarize myself with Bach’s horn parts in preparation for future concerts. It is my intention that my Handel collection will be of similar use to other horn players, especially those players of baroque horn.
